Something random that I want to know is can robots feel? Like...if you are a robot and I poke you, will it hurt? WALL-E seemed to be feeling something when Hal crawled through his body, and EVE laughed when Hal crawled into the crevice under her head. She also seemed to be experiencing some tickling when she was getting cleaned, so yeah, they both seem to have some sense of touch.

In this topic there was noticed that EVE probes were sent to Earth every year. So... why WALL-E met her only after 700 years?..

In this topic there was noticed that EVE probes were sent to Earth every year. So... why WALL-E met her only after 700 years?.. The probes were probably sent to different regions of Earth every year. Since WALL-E was working in what looked like a major city (possibly New York) it is likely that it was low on the list of cities to visit, due to it already having less vegetation than other areas even when Earth was "healthy".
