Actually, I'd argue that he does change. Certainly not as dramatically as EVE, but he does start the movie with different priorities than he has when it ends. Yeah, your probably right. I might have exaggerated a little there. For example, he definitely comes out of everything learning that there's more to love than just holding hands. That there are sacrifices you have to make for the ones you love. But now I'm getting off topic. AGAIN. Yeah, that was the beginning tune of the song which they don't show in the movie. I can't believe I never noticed her humming the first time I saw it. Then I saw it in a bootleg and I thought, "Is that someone in the audience singing?" Because I didn't recognize that part of the tune. But I love that part. One of the sweetest moments in the movie. I was sobbing by that point.

Actually, I didn't either. She was just so quiet that it sort of got lost in the audience I was in because people around me were crying. I love that it was so quiet though . . . I'd rather miss it the first time and pick it up later than for it to be so loud that I can hear it but it distracts from the quiet of the scene.

Ooooh! Can I hear some? I might be going to the movies with my grandparents and I need to convince them that they really want to see Wall-E and not something else.

Okay, here goes:
"The end credits are a college-level study in Western Art and Architecture. Every time I see it I'll have a better chance at getting an A when I take that course in college."
"Studying how WALL-E and EVE speak is a course in social interaction across language barriers. That will help me in sociology class."
"Watching how WALL-E and EVE function will help me in a future dissertation on modern robotics."
See how those work . . . and if they don't fly, I got more. ;D

I've always been amused with the look on Eve's face when she switches on the light bulb... ;D

That's the scene towards the end where Eve is trying to jog Wall-E's memory after successfully repairing him Also, here's a cool stop animation film I found on youtube someone made using a "Construct-a-bot EVE" set... it also amuses me ;D: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5iFppYn8yQ&feature=related

Oooooh . . . right! I was thinking it had to be from the first act scene. I forgot that she picks up those items again in the ending scenes. *embarrassed*
I never noticed her eyes do that! That is SOOOOO cool! I can't wait for the DVD so I can do the slow advance to watch her expressions in more detail.
