I'm kind of torn on this . . . I've seen this studio's work before (in Disney Adventures) and it strikes me as a bit slap-dashed and not always true to the characters' personality nuances. But I'm willing to give them a chance -- especially the WALL-E comics.

I certainly hope it turns out as well as we all are hoping it does. I'll be crossing my finger that WALL-E translates to comic books in a decent way. It's gonna be hard to do so unless they do some *translated from robot, type speech system, which I don't think would be a good thing.

I think a WALL-E comic would be REALLY hard to make. There's a lot that you'd lose when you're looking at still pictures rather than actual movement...it'd just be a lot harder to convey the story that way. I'd be really impressed if they managed to pull it off, though.

I would willing to give them a try. Although I don't like the sound of the first Incredibles arc. That Mr. Incredible is slowly losing his powers. I think I would accept that if he were a lot older but not at his age.

I Can See The Incredibles As A Graphic Novel, But I Don't Really See Any Of The Other Pixar Movies As Graphic Novels.

They're selling them all as individual issue comics, not GN's, as far as I'm aware.

I Thought They Just Made GN's. Ah Well It's A Better Deal To Buy A GN Anyway. The Pixar Comic Will Probably End Up As A GN Anyway.

They may very well collect them all as a Pixar Collection Graphic Novel, but that's gonna be a long way off. I believe Sin City, V For Vendetta, and The Watchmen all started off as a series of single issue comics before becoming collected graphic novels. Comic books are alive and well and many of the graphic novels you've been buying probably wouldn't exist without the sales of those single issue comics first, IMO.
