I drew this on an A4 with pencil. The first fanart I have ever done. I got the inspiration from Genesis: --- Noah waited for seven days, and then he released a dove from the ark to see whether the water on the earth had subsided further. But the dove found no place where she could settle, and so she came back to him in the ark, because there was water over the whole surface of the earth. He waited another seven days and again released the dove from the ark. She came back to him towards evening with a newly plucked olive leaf in her beak... ...I have read several reviews that related Wall-E with religion and Stanton's religious belief. EVE is the dove who brought back the plant, the sign of "recolonization". I intended to mold her leaf logo into the drawings on coloured glass window and add them to the background, but it's far too difficult. This is the first pic of my plan, the following maybe EVE whirling in a field of dandelion. It may take a loooooooooooong time... ... ...

Thank you Bartle. I thought the...armpit...is a little mis-shaped, I have no idea how to shadow it to make it less...abrupt... Can anyone draw the leaf logo in the form of colored glass window? *longing* A friend of mine is currently coloring this on photoshop, so the colored vision will be out soon. ( to chase!) And I welcome everyone who has an interest in painting this drawing, just do your best!

Whoa!!! That is wonderful!! I love the biblical reference as EVE being the dove! I never thought of it in such a beautiful spiritual way. I usually love looking at the spiritual side of things, though I'm not a very religious person, as I've attributed Radiator Springs in the Cars movie to be like Zion... but... I don't know, that was just great. It made me feel fantastic. That would look really good in glass. If you don't mind, I want to save your sketch into my favorites folder or something. I just have to preserve it in someway on me, haha Goodluck finding people with the leaf... I don't really know what I can do Add: I now have the insanely intense urge to put music to that picture

That is amazing! Great job! They actually mention the comparison between Eve and the dove from Noah's ark in The Art of Wall-E. I couldn't believe I never thought of that before. But It's such a great comparison.

Woah...this is amazing. Eve is actually more difficult to draw than some people realize. Her body shape/arms drive me insane, but you've managed to draw them without making her look lopsided or disproportionate. The doves are also well-drawn, each one posed differently enough not to look like carbon-copies of one another. I love the way you have Eve delicately stroking on of them. This deserves karma and a big thumbs up!
