inhome.rediff.com/movies/2008/aug/29wall.htmWALL-E itself is far more than a simple piece of mindless entertainment. With its beautifully rendered world and cheerfully choreographed sequences, it does serve its primary purpose of entertaining, but for those willing to burrow below the surface it offers so much more. As a cautionary tale as well as a celebration of old-fashioned love this movie succeeds without once overplaying its hand. Nothing is over-emphasised. No points are hammered home when a gentle nudge would just as easily suffice. Typical mix of "comments" . . . "Loved it!" and "Hated it!" Promo site: specials.msn.co.in/sp08/walle/index.asp

Why is it with Kung Fu panda brilliant better than Wall-E comment? It is okay for me but at least give a nice reason!
Btw, love to hear they like it.

People who liked KFP better than WALL-E are just bitter that WALL-E outdid the movie and are making a nuisance of themselves all over the web.

If I was a conspiracy nut, I'd claim I smelled Katzenberg every time I read one of those. I have these visions of Katzenberg trolling the web and adding those comments to every WALL-E review he can find . . . Exactly, bima. I respect an opinion that someone loved KFP better, but at least tell me why instead of just cutting down the competition.

Indeed it does. This was a great review, and I'm so glad to see that WALL-E is being well-received around the world (not that I ever thought it wouldn't be, of course...)

Yeah, another one of those "I don't give a perfect score."

LOL, I love how that WALL-E basher still praised how it "showed robot emotions beautifully". ;D

I wonder how the Indonesian review goes. There is one magazine (not a movie magazine, but more like a news magazine, sort like TIMES) that gives Wall-E a hugh praise. But then they had never given any score. So I don't really know, is it 4 or 5 stars?
