I saw it on Saturday July 5th because that week was finals week at my college, but it had been my directive to see the film immediately as soon as the week was over. When I came out of the theater I told my friend "you know, that was Pixar's best film," but I didn't realize the masterpiece that it truly is until my second viewing (which was on Sunday July 6th. )

I saw it June 27 at 10:00 pm at the, as MD put it, the "local teen hangout" theater. Luckily though, hardly anyone was there, so I got to enjoy it in silence. Initially, though, I couldn't care less how many people were there. I wasn't expecting to enjoy the movie that much. I didn't feel like being there. I had had a long day at work from 7-3 (Well, it's long to me. When you are working at a gas station it's long) and I was in the middle of taking a nap when my cell phone woke me up at 8:40 at night. I remember freaking out because I thought it was 8:40 the next morning, and I had to be at work at 7 the next day, so I thought it was my boss asking me where I was. I couldn't find my phone (my purse is a mess) so I missed the call, but I saw it was just my friend. She left a message asking if I wanted to go see Wall-E that night. I was relieved, but annoyed, because I didn't really want to go anywhere. I just wanted to sleep. But I guess I felt compelled to call her back and say, "Sure, whatever." There might be some previews for some good movies I might want to see later in the year. I half expected to fall asleep during the movie, I was so tired. And I also remember thinking, "Oops, I forgot to go to the bathroom before I left. Oh well, if I need to use the bathroom during the movie, it's not like I will be missing anything special.
But I was quite awake every single moment. And if I ever had to go to the bathroom during that movie, I must have forgotten, because I was way too blown away to think of anything else. And now here I am, two months later, still thinking about it! Which reminds me....TOMORROW IS THE 2 MONTH ANNIVERSARY OF MY WALL•E FANHOOD! YAAAAAY!!! At approximately 11:09 pm tomorrow night, i will have officially been a Wall-E fan for 2 months.

I don't remember when exactly I first saw it. I know it was a Friday, I think it might have been July 4th... Yup. If you didn't see it on opening day, June 27, which was a Friday, the next Friday would have been July 4th

Except my 4th time. That time was slightly painful. Not the movie. The experience.

Why was it painful?

Because the entire row behind me was full of little kids who wouldn't stop talking, so it kind of ruined it for me.

Ah yes, which is why I had decided to only see showings around 7pm or later, thinking that the kiddies would be in bed then. However, each time I've seen it there have always been some children in the theater, but I've actually found that once the film begins the entire theater has gone dead silent except for laughing adults, and remained that way until the end. Sorry you had bad luck that time.

Yeah. Definitely don't see matinee showing of Wall-E. Ever. Bad idea. I just got unlucky because I had to settle with whatever showing anyone was willing to take me to, because I can't drive myself.
