You are kidding, right? I can't imagine how anyone lives without a library card!

I'm just making all my videos now because I have all these fresh ideas right now that I'm afraid will be gone by November. I'm also afraid people will steal the songs I want to use before I get to them lol. I might remake it after the DVD comes out (if everything goes smoothly and I successfully make the one that I'm trying to make right now) but it was hard to make it in the first place. It will be even harder to remake it since my other one got deleted, so I don't know if I'll be able to make it all over again. I've actually storyboarded a music video, but I'm finding it very difficult to find the correct clips on youtube (and I don't want to download a bootleg). I'm glad I'm not the only one who has storyboarded a video lol. That's really all I can do at present since my computer hates me.

I would make music videos, but I don't have the technology (or the patience) to do so. My computer can barely start up, let alone run the massive bug-ridden software that is Windows Movie Maker.
I do have a couple of songs that really fit well (at least, by my thinking) with the movie, if anybody wants to use them. For example, "Thank You" by Led Zeppelin. Now I know, Led Zeppelin and WALL-E don't exactly mix... but just listen to it, and you'll see why I thought it would work well.

I'm appalled. Edmonton has a killer library system too.

Well, I finally reconsidered my earlier position in this thread, and went and got SHORT CIRCUIT and SHORT CIRCUIT 2 from Amazon . . . and maybe thanks to having seen WALL•E a good number of times, I found I enjoyed these movies and Johnny Five more than I had before! This is yet another case where the sequel is actually better than the original movie, as Johnny Five is given more dialogue and scenes, and chances to exhibit some real emotions, in SC2.
There are also some interesting climactic parallels between WALL•E and Johnny Five in SHORT CIRCUIT 2 (I won't tell what those are for now for those who don't remember or haven't seen it, but want to!) They made me feel for J5 as well!
All in all, despite their somewhat dated 1980s look, SHORT CIRCUIT and SHORT CIRCUIT 2 are good ways of biding one's time until the WALL•E DVD comes out! Plus, as I mentioned in the News Forum here, we can look forward to an updated remake of SHORT CIRCUIT, under the hand of the original writers and producers (with hopefully Tim Blaney's voice again) in 2010!
