Greetings to all on this particular subject area from a migrated
WALL*E fan( on a grand scale ) from IMDb ( some strong fans there, but too much overshadowing by scattered unappreciating sarcastic commenters not interested in looking any further past
their box of popcorn). As one who also values a great "story of the heart", and who appreciates its power to remain within you long after leaving the theater, I too have returned to view this cinematic work of visual, musical, and especially, emotional artistry more than 12 times, and its impact, even though I can know what will happen in each scene now, never changes, ceases, or lessens. Andy Stanton has created a masters level of
a great cinematic marvel. I will humbly confess that the emotional ride that I experienced throughout this film took me in so many directions; pulled at me and tugged me in so many ways, but most especially, in the way that the writer explains
to us about the core theme, a "love story", clean, pure, and simple, the relationship of his key characters, WALL*E and EVE,
this area of the film is what pulled and grabbed at the core of my heart in ways that no other film has ever done. A simple yet powerfully portrayed romance of the heart growing between two characters, WALL*E & EVE, two types of lonliness overcome by
the growing love between them, and in the end joining them,
expressing it in what the writer has mentioned as one of the simplest and yet powerful ways, the affectionate joining of holding hands. Tears shed? Me? Yeah, plenty of them. This film
hit me in my soft spot quite well, just as the writer intended.
Many have mentioned that this film may very well bring back and restore a new generation of "old fashioned" true love romance that originates from the heart and soul, INSIDE, where it is supposed to originate from , a selfless/unselfish "hand-in-hand" joining of two, forming one bond of strength giving and shared between, one with the other, overcoming all adversities as one,
a love that "only takes a moment" and lasts "a whole life long".
There are many things about WALL*E I could enjoy talking about
but time has slipped by for the moment and right now I must, like WALL*E, shut down for a while. I hope to chat with and make some frieds out here, so I'll say good night for now.
Best regards to all.......
