disney.go.com/disneypictures/up/It's not as "cute" as WALL-E, but I think the house flying on balloons thing is very Miyazaki-like, and this entire movie is reminding me of Studio Ghibli lately.

It looks pretty good. We haven't seen much, but it is still a neat little teaser.

I'm really excited about this one too!
I know the descriptions are all "wild adventure" and "bizarre creatures" (which they have to do or people assume "boring"), but if it has a Miyazaki bent, it might be more quiet and meditative. Peter Doctor mentioned a particular scene in "My Neighbor Totoro" that reminds him of what he's going for in this film and that scene he mentions was one that was very quiet and yet at the same time really intense.
I also like the idea of the story being about respect for the elderly. That's one thing I really liked about "Geri's Game" since senior citizens are VERY rarely main characters in animated films.

It will be great! I couldn't be more excited! I'm just curious if they could top Wall-E with these...

"Top WALL-E"? I don't think that's humanly possible. Seriously, I'm looking forward to it, but I have a feeling WALL-E will always be #1 in my heart.
