Wow, after reading that article, this is officially something I'm dying to see. I doubt it will surpass WALL-E for me, but I'm almost positive it'll take official second place. Can't wait!

I can relate to this so much. I am introverted as a person, which can sometimes be frustrating because Puerto Ricans are amongst the most extroverted people in the world. It's not that I'm anti-social or anything, but social interaction(especially "chit chat") doesn't come 100% naturally for me.
Reading that report has exponentially increased my anticipation of the film. This is now my most anticipated film of next year.

Introverts unite! Yeah, only online am I remotely in a talkative and extroverted mood. In real life I'm generally the guy in the corner just keeping to himself.

Same here. I've been forced to be extoverted for job and social reasons, but it takes a lot out of me.

Same here. I need to have my personal space once in a while or I literally have a break down. So I can relate to this theme. I think it's a great theme. It will definitely be a really good film.
I'm starting to see Pixar's films becoming more geared toward adults. Anyone else think so? I don't really know where it started. But you can just really see it with Wall-E, and now with Up.

Definitely I think Pixar's moving more and more toward the "classic film genre" (if there is such a thing). I get the impression from the things the higher-ups say in interviews that they see themselves as just making great films and not thinking about a "target" audience at all. I mean, they've ALWAYS said that -- but the subject matter and delivery of their films in the last two years especially really is more "personality" targeted at opposed to "age" targeted. Especially now with the Disney merger -- they don't have to do films that sell lots of toys because the "other half" (Disney Animation) can do those kinds of films and they can concentrate on the "real" stuff.
Not that Disney Animation films aren't legitimate or great -- just that Pixar's in another league.

I gave up waiting for Pixar to make an average film when I saw Ratatouille. After that, and subsequently WALL-E, I now am completely confident that Pixar will never, ever make a bad film. This one sounds like no exception.

Yes, same here. I may not ever love a Pixar film as much as I love WALL-E, but I know they'll be shaking up my top 10 favs for years to come. *SIGH* What a great feeling.
