I had recently bought it on the computer, some stages are really easy, and can be done in a few minutes, others require some sort of strategy, and a combination of speed and mind, I've personally found the camera to be a nasty bugger at times, ending up going first person just to see forward, overall, it's a good game/movie tie in, though the relationship between WALL-E and EVE is examined earlier in the game than the movie.

I think the game is actually pretty good.
Oh and I found out how that all the WALL*E bots have been deactivated by a storm but only one was left and met Hal (the cockroach).

I bought it for PC for $20 at Gamestop. I was impressed with the animation and the graphics as well as a plot that fits around the movie. I'm not too far into the game but I enjoy playing it, even if the controls are a bit frustrating at first. If you're a huge WALL-E fan like me, you'll enjoy it.

Has anyone found all the BnL Crates yet? I seem to always miss exactly 1 in the "Hidden Treasure" level, and it's pretty annoying since I've looked everywhere, got all the ones up on ledges and everything.
ETA: And there are 3 crates in the "Human Highway" sequence I can't seem to find either.

I absolutely cannot get the controls to work properly with the PC game. It's driving me crazy. So much that I gave up on it until further notice. What really frustrates me is that Wall-E can only go forward. He can't back up. So if you want him to switch directions you have to spin him around, resulting in his falling off a cliff or something.

Hmm, they're not brilliant controls, but I did get them to work properly. They're very frustrating at first, but if you stick it out they become second nature....at which point the terrible camera becomes your main frustration. Still it's not really worth it unless you're just feeling so obsessed that you have to experience all things WALL-E......like I did.

That's how I felt about it. I tried to adapt, but whenever I play video games my heart races real fast and at a certain point it becomes unhealthy, so I have to stop. And my frustration at the controls made it even worse.

That's me too, smk . . . I like to watch other people play video games, but when I play them I get all freaky. Most are too intense for me.
And I feel so bad when I mess up and "kill" WALL-E . . . *sniff*

Me too! a part of me dies each time I watch his poor helpless soul fall into a bottomless pit of nothing, knowing it's all my fault...

*bawling* "Sorry, WALL-E! I'm so sorry that I suck at video games!"
Oh, man, this sounds like I'm being sarcastic, but I absolutely am NOT. I just hang out in the check-up station where I know I can't kill him . . .

I love the let's-learn-how-to-play-the-game part of the video games.
I keep wondering that as soon as Eve comes into the picture, if Wall-E won't die as much. But I never got to actually find that out yet.

I love the let's-learn-how-to-play-the-game part of the video games. I keep wondering that as soon as Eve comes into the picture, if Wall-E won't die as much. But I never got to actually find that out yet. The video games put WALL-E in a much more important role, and just gives EVE brief chances at being the hero, so he still has plenty of opportunities to die. As for the previous mentioned "heart racting", this game is definitely not for you guys. The camera does such weird things that it makes me sick at my stomach (literally) if I play for too long. And I'm a big fan of video games, so that's unusual for me. It'd definitely probably end up triggering some major headaches at the least if you guys react physically to games.

Actually, I'm glad you mentioned this because I thought it was just me. "Blair Witch Project" kind of feeling . . .
