There are some great one-liners on Rotten Tomatoes and in other places about the movie, here's one I just found:
There was another one, that went something like:
That I really liked.

Nice quotes there. I read a bunch of reviews shortly after I saw the movie, so I don't remember a whole lot of specific quotes. I do remember one review, though, where the critic said something like, "When I first wrote my review for Definitely, Maybe, I said that it was the best romantic comedy this year. Not so anymore: WALL-E is the best romantic comedy this year. However, it's also the best sci-fi movie, the best adventure movie, and the best drama."

I just remembered another one. It went something like, "Saving the world came secondary to the power of holding hands."

I love these RT quotes:
"A triumph of style over substance."
"A film that’s both breathtakingly majestic and heartbreakingly intimate."
"WALL-E and EVE project more humanity and genuine emotion than most human characters I've seen in films lately. "
"So thoroughly embodies the greatest pleasures the movies have to offer that it goes directly into the sublime"

I just came across perhaps the best and most poetic review of the film that I've read yet . . . and I've read a LOT of reviews! buzzsugar.com/1740644Among the choicest quotes this reviewer offers are . . . "A wonderful, devastating, and ultimately uplifting film." and . . . "The enduring image is of Wall-E and Eve holding hands, a classic gesture that has rarely seemed so sweet." Unfortunate that this is on such an obscure blog, as I could see some quotes from this being good on the DVD packaging!

That's a good review! And although the blog may be obscure, from reading the comments below I could see that this review clearly got people to see the movie who otherwise might not have.

Another great couple of quotes from a British reviewer at www.mansized.co.uk/reviews/review.phtml/747/874/"Kids will adore Wall-E, but you will too. He's so lovable that mothers have been abandoning their newborns just to stare at the movie poster." "She (EVE) is instinctive and intelligent, Wall-E is impulsive and affectionate — they make a lovely couple." "When they touch heads, in what must count as first base in robot land, it's an understated cue for audience sympathy. The only way to get rid of that lump in your throat is to swallow it."

I LOVE his review! I read it a while back and it was beautiful! I've never read a review that has taken the words right out of my mouth.

In checking Amazon's listing for other similar movies I might enjoy this Fall while waiting for the WALL•E DVD (see the thread "What Will WALL•E Watchers do until the DVD comes?") Amazon's main WALL•E page at www.amazon.com/Wall-E-Theatrical-Release/dp/B0013FSL3E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1219182481&sr=1-1 in addition to showing a new and different DVD cover for WALL•E (I liked the earlier "Two Earths" cover better than this one), Amazon's own "Product Description" which is one of the best reviews I've read of the movie, with a line like . . . "Wall-E is a great family film with the most impressive aspect being the depth of emotion conveyed by a simple robot — a machine typically considered devoid of emotion, but made so absolutely touching by the magic of Pixar animation." . . . I also saw a remarkable user review, whose title alone was touching . . . "Some Of Us Are Better Now Because We Have Been Broken, We Have Fallen Apart, And We Have Been Repaired So Many Times In Our Past . . ." The reviewer, One More Option, goes on with some poetic and even profound thoughts and conclusions on the film. You can go to it directly via www.amazon.com/review/R2RP7R2YZXQA07/ref=cm_cr_pr_cmt?%5Fencoding=UTF8&ASIN=B0013FSL3E&nodeID . There was also a great Customer Review by Julie Neal, titled, "A masterpiece" at www.amazon.com/review/RAUIFQ4I2WEMW/ref=cm_cr_dp_cmt?%5Fencoding=UTF8&ASIN=B0013FSL3E&nodeID=130#wasThisHelpful , especially where she says, "Where Cars was a kid's movie with added adult themes, this is an adult movie with added value for children." Amen!

I just came across yet another great review! This one on Gizmodo.com at . . . gizmodo.com/5020237/wall. . . starts off with a great title, "One of the Best Sci-Fi Movies in Years, Disguised as a Cartoon." Among its choicest lines is, "This looks more like a beautiful, haunting sci-fi movie than a children's movie, because that's exactly what it is." It does have a somewhat worrying line, saying, "It's safe to say you've never seen anything like Wall-E, and you might not see anything like it again." I sincerely hope not!
