I chose M-O, but AUTO was a really close first. I LOVE that typing robot when WALL-E follows EVE to and from the bridge. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a name.

Wow, yeah -- that's really true. And what's funny is that AUTO is an interesting antagonist because he has a reason for what he does other than just being "bad". That's what I hate about "fairy tale" Disney villains -- they're just so uninteresting because they have no reason for being other than to oppose the "good." Lazy writing, in my opinion.

I picked EVE. She is just too cool for words. WALL-E is the adorable one, but EVE is the kickass one. I want to be her when I grow up. ;D

I picked EVE, but if I could, I'd also pick WALL-E. Both of them are equally lovable, IMO. I just picked EVE to give her more votes.

I picked AUTO because I love antagonists, especially cool and stylish ones that have a reason for what they're doing. I dislike the typical "I'm evil just for the sake of being evil" villains. AUTO caught my attention from the moment I first saw him.

Had to go with Eve. As others have said, she's just so expressive and cute; despite just being an egg with an LCD screen for eyes, lol. From the first giggle, I was amazed what a great job Pixar and her voice actress did. It didn't hurt that she reminds me of more than a few of the girls I've been interested in over the years.
Besides, the only thing better than a cute girl with an incredible personality is one that's also trigger-happy with an arm-mounted ion cannon, lol.

Wall-E is my favorite by far. Upon first seeing him in his little teaser trailer, humming and tapping his knuckles nervously, I was immediately drawn to this expressive little automaton. Upon seeing the trailers and specials, I was even more intrigued by him, a run down trash compactor in love with a beautiful stranger from space. Then the movie came, and my affection for him grew. He's such a departure from the usual hero; he's timid, soft-spoken, yet friendly and kindhearted, even a tad selfless. His innocent demeanor and curious nature won me over and marks him as one of my all-time favorite characters.
Eve places a close second. She was just an amazing character and her development was beautiful to witness. Unlike the typical female lead, she wasn't dragged along for the ride but took full control of each encounter she was thrown into. Eve didn't seem like dead-weight on the plot, as so many other romantic interests are. She also had emotional moments that were so incredibly wonderful I couldn't help but cheer her on.
Lastly on my list of favorites has to be Auto. It's rather odd...watching the movie, I didn't have much of an opinion of him one way or another. It was really the fandom that got me attached to Auto's character, looking at all the fanart and the roleplays over at Wall-E Fanbase. His character is just so different from every other character in Wall-E. He was such an eerie villain, ready to kill for his cause and to eliminate any obstacle in his way.
All the other characters were great too--heck, even GO-4 cracked me upt too much to hate him--so it's not like I don't like them too. I just favor these three above the others.

It's a toss-up between WALL-E and EVE. I very much appreciate that EVE grew the most as a personality throughout the film, but it was all on account of WALL-E, of course; it's too difficult to choose. They're joined at the hip as far as I'm concerned, so any conversation about WALL-E would seem to automatically be about EVE as well. Those two are possibly the greatest characters I've ever seen in film. I don't think I've ever seen characters express such a wide range of human emotions before; pretty impressive considering they aren't even human. Not to mention, I want to hug the bejeezus out of both of them, so that always contributes to my appreciation ;D .
