Yep, Canadians use the British spelling . . . another reason why a poor American living up here (like me) gets laughed at a lot. Absolutely funniest moment in the whole film, same as Midgard's -- WALL-E's tread on M-O's face. For some reason that just made me burst out laughing every single time I saw the film in theaters. (Yeah, yeah, I know, it's "theatres" up here in Canada.)

I was just quoting humor because I'm not sure if that's the word to use for the funny bits in WALL-E or not. Ooh, I've got it! How about "comic relief"?

One part I thought was hilarious was: Sigourney Weaver: Voice authorization required. Captain McCrea: Uhhh... Sigourney Weaver: Accepted.
All the reject bots cracked me up too. My favorites were the one that was crawling in circles on the floor, the one hitting itself in the face with a tray, and the tennis and golf bots. And when Eve gets stuck to a magnet and starts shooting everything in sight.
